After months of revisions, loads of input and lots of hand-wringing, our business plan and projections are ready to go. We have found a wonderful neighborhood space in Skokie. It’s on the same street that our family worked with the Village to get the speed limit lowered and a bike lane installed.
We are working with our architect to design a space that is efficient for our business and comfortable for our customers that want to come in, visit, enjoy the aroma, and experience the art of baking.
